What is Energy?
Energy. We all use it everyday. We use it in everything from taking a shower to watching television. Almost everything we do daily uses energy. If you go to school by the bus or via car you are using petroleum which comes from deep underground. When you turn on the heater in your house, you are using natural gas to power the furnace. When you are taking a hot shower, you are using natural gas to heat the water. When you are watching television or studying under illuminating lights, you are using electricity. Even that chair or sofa you sit on was made in a factory using assembly lines which moved via electricity. All of these resources are used in our common everyday lives.
